This webinar is oriented primarily toward engineers, technicians and facilities managers who may benefit in their work from a refresher course on basic thermodynamics principles and practices.

Seminar Cancellation, Substitution and Transfer Policy

Print and Retain a Copy of Your Order for Your Records

If you are unable to attend the seminar or course for which you have registered, you can substitute another person in your place or transfer your registration to another date or another seminar of equal (or lesser) value without penalty for a period of one year following the starting date of the seminar for which you registered. However, your request for substitution or transfer must be made in writing. Please seewww.aeeprograms.com/seminars/LiveSeminars for courses available. Only one transfer is permitted, only AEE direct seminars qualify, registrant may not transfer to AEE chapter seminar offering, other provider seminar offering, or in-house run programs, and no difference in registration fees paid shall be refunded. If the transfer is to a higher cost seminar, the attendee shall pay AEE Seminars the difference. All transfers expire within one year of the start day of the original seminar without exception.

Seminar registration fees for registrants from countries outside the U.S. (for both live and online AEE seminars) must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars before the seminar begins in order for the registrant to be admitted to the seminar. Prices listed for seminars are in U.S. dollars. Failure to pay seminar registration will result in certification suspension (if applicable).

All cancellations must be made in writing. For registrations cancelled 21 days or more prior to the program date, full paid program fee less a $200 service charge ($100 service charge for online webinars) will be refunded. For registrations cancelled 20 days or less prior to the program date, the full program fee will be assessed and no refund will be made. If you no show for a seminar you forfeit your seminar fee and no refunds will be made. For online seminars, if within 10 days of your attendance you notify AEE Seminars in writing that you are not satisfied with an online course and chose not to complete the course, we will issue you a credit enabling you to transfer your registration to another online seminar of equal (or lesser) value, this credit to be used within a period of 3 months of issue date. No difference in registration fees paid shall be refunded, and if the transfer is to a higher cost seminar, the attendee shall pay AEE Seminars the cost difference.

Should a program be cancelled, postponed or experience a program date change because of illness, weather, acts of God, labor disputes or any other reason whatsoever, and at the sole discretion of AEE seminars, all attendees will be notified as early as possible via the email address provided by attendee at the time of registration, and our liability will be solely limited to the return of the registration fee. AEE seminars will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the attendee due to the course cancellation.  Attendees agree to these terms and conditions by registering for a program.

Seminar fees listed are per person for a single audio and video connection for individual use, and may not be shared with other users or used in a group. All participants must individually pre-register for the desired course to participate.  

The seminar fee covers registration for all program modules, seminar workbook (downloadable PDF format), course certificate with CEUs earned, and Webx platform.  Attendees may use their computer VOIP or dial in for audio.  Both US and International calls will have non-toll free access and it is up to the attendee to determine the best method accessing the audio.

Payment in full must be received prior to the start date of the seminar.

You will receive instructions for accessing the webinar, personal support, and a chance to test your WebX connection in advance of the first session. 

Enrollment in this webinar will be limited to 40 participants to ensure that each student has ample opportunity for interaction with instructors and other participants.
