These self-paced home-study courses can be taken any time during the designated term period. Here's how the program works:
Each registered student receives a printed book containing all the course material along with the e-mail address of the instructor so that questions can be asked at any time during the term. (Students outside the US are charged an additional shipping fee which is calculated and approved by the student before the registration is processed.)

Each student who completes the course questions found in the printed book, returns them for scoring, and makes at least 70 will receive a certificate of completion and .8 CEU. The CEU credit can be used toward recertification.
