THREE WAYS TO REGISTER...

1.BY MAIL: Complete the registration form on the next page and return it with check or your credit card number, expiration date and signature to the address indicated. Be sure to list the location, date and seminar you wish to attend.

2.BY PHONE: Pay by credit card, and you can register by telephone by calling: (770) 925-9633

Give us the name of each registrant, the name of the seminar, location, date and pertinent credit card information.

3.BY FAX: If you plan to pay by credit card, you may complete the registration form on the next page, including all necessary credit card information, and transmit a copy of your completed registration to the following FAX number: (770) 381-9865

Government agency participants registering by fax must submit completed "Request, Authorization, Agreement and Certification of Training" form or completed DD1556 forms with completed seminar registration.

If time does not permit you to register in advance, you may register on site; however, you should call the registrar to confirm that space is available. Credit cards cannot be accepted on site for payment of registration fee, so bring full payment with you in the form of company check. Full payment must be received prior to the beginning of the seminar. Whichever method you select, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by mail if your registration is received at least two weeks prior to the course date. You are encouraged to register early, as attendance will be limited to the first 50 registrants.

REGISTRATION FEES & DISCOUNTS The fee information for each seminar is provided at the bottom of the page of this catalog describing that seminar. The registration fee includes registration, course materials and refreshment breaks. Lunch and hotel room are not included.

TEAM DISCOUNTS The team discount applies when two or more persons from the same company register for the same course at the same time. For two-day or multi-day programs, deduct $100 per registrant. For one-day seminars, deduct $50 per registrant.

MEMBER RATE: SAVE BY JOINING AEE NOW The member rate may be taken by current members of AEE (membership number must be provided), or by those submitting the application for AEE membership provided on the seminar registration form, along with the appropriate membership fee. This will enable you to save $100 on your registration fee for a two-day course, or $50 for a one-day course, as well as entitling you to the many other benefits of AEE membership (see back page).
