DAVID
MAHONEY is
founder and president of GEM Management Consultants, Inc., where his primary
focus is centered on strengthening client-customer alliances and improving
internal strategic operations. His client base and activities have been
heavily directed at the utilities marketplace. Based on his interaction
with over 1,000 customers, he collaborated in formulating the "Developing
a Blueprint for Sustainable Energy Savings" process presented in
this seminar. This process helps clients effectively manage their energy
data and supply programs, evaluate facility energy performance, prioritize
systems and equipment for improved performance, and integrate energy planning
with other critical business planning activities to achieve optimum results.
Prior to founding his consulting practice, Mr. Mahoney held a variety
of marketing and senior management positions with Xerox Corporation for
over twenty years. His expertise includes customer alliance workshops,
strategic planning, effective account management practices, quality programs,
and internal client communication processes. He holds a BS degree from
Springfield College and is a member of AEE.
