FRANK WALSH has 25 years of experience in residential energy efficiency and conservation programs. Prior to founding F.J. Walsh & Associates in 1996, he spent 12 years with A&C Enercom, where he specialized in training and residential program design. He has developed and conducted numerous training seminars in the areas of his expertise, including programs on residential energy auditing. He has also developed residential energy efficiency programs for clients including Edison Electric Institute, Tennessee Valley Authority, National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, Consumers Power and Entergy Corporation.
