After completing all six two-hour modules of the Certified Residential Energy Auditor Preparatory Training Program Online Seminar, you will be awarded 1.2 CEU (12 PDH) of continuing education credit. (1 CEU = 10 PDH)

COURSE CERTIFICATE
AEE provides each seminar participant with a Certificate of Completion indicating CEUs and PDHs earned. This documentation is normally required to apply your training credits for P.E. license renewal. The certificate will be mailed to you following your completion of the full five-module online program.

P.E. LICENSE RENEWAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
More than 30 states currently require Professional Development Hours (PDH) or Continuing Education Units (CEU) as a prerequisite for P.E. license renewal. Many states which do not presently have training requirements are considering adding them in the future. As a non-profit professional society, AEE is automatically approved as a continuing education provider by licensing boards in most U.S. states. In the state of Florida, our Provider Number is EXP0003866. (You should verify any provider's status with you own state board.)

AEE CERTIFICATION RENEWAL TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Each AEE certified professional must accumulate 10 professional credits every three years to maintain certification. These credits may be earned as follows:

Employment in Field 1 credit per year  
Membership in Professional Society 1 credit per year  
Continuing Education 2 credits per CEU earned
