The fast-paced course covers all aspects of retail power procurement while providing a background in the wholesale power markets that support retail power sales. Many real-life examples from the instructor's energy procurement experience are covered. Various techniques and options (including online reverse auctions, use of consultants, analytical techniques, and checklists) are provided to help participants get started on their own as soon as they return to their workplace.
